Orders

There is an upload button on each product page that allows personalization. You will not be able to add the product to your cart unless you upload a photo. Please note, if we have any questions regarding your order, we may reach out via email prior to processing your order. 

Short answer: No! You can customize your magnet with any photo, design, or text you’d like. However, we do ask that all content be appropriate for printing. If you have any questions about your design, feel free to reach out!

Photo Upload Guidelines – Get the Best Results!

To ensure your custom photo magnets look their absolute best, follow these simple guidelines when uploading your images:

Best Practices for High-Quality Prints

  • Use High-Resolution Images – For crisp, clear magnets, we recommend at least 300 DPI and a resolution of 1000 x 1000 pixels or higher.
  • Avoid Screenshots & Compressed Images – Screenshots or images downloaded from social media may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
  • Good Lighting & Contrast – Bright, well-lit photos with good contrast print the best. Dark or heavily filtered images may not turn out as expected.
  • Leave Space Around Important Details – Some slight cropping may occur during production, so avoid placing faces or text too close to the edges.

What to Avoid

  • Low-Resolution or Blurry Photos – These can result in a pixelated or unclear print.
  • Excessively Dark or Overexposed Images – These may lose detail when printed.
  • Screenshots & Social Media Images – These are often compressed and may not print well.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please refer to Refund Policy page for more details here.

The best way to change your order is to contact hello@magneticjane.com. However, if an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns on any personalized items. Please refer to our Refund Policy here.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed in 1-3 business days. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on the shipment carrier's website (in most instances USPS).

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of the item that shows the defect clearly & contact hello@magneticjane.com to check if it's eligible for replacement.
